The Role
As a Financial Advisor at StoneRidge Wealth Management, you will maintain and grow your existing client relationships while integrating into a firm designed to support you at every level. This role is highly customizable and built around your vision for the future.

What You’ll Do
Client Relationships & Advisory Leadership
● Continue serving your existing clients with the same care, philosophy, and fiduciary commitment they trust.
● Build deeper relationships by spending more time advising and less time managing operations.
● Participate in client meetings with the support of planning, investment, andservice teams.
● Ensure continuity and stability for clients through thoughtful integration and transition planning.
Practice Integration & Growth
● Transition your book of business into a collaborative, team-based environment.
● Leverage StoneRidge’s planning, investment, and technology resources to enhance your client offering.
● Collaborate with fellow advisors on strategy, planning approaches, and best practices.
● Participate in business development as desired, with marketing and operational support.
Long-Term Planning & Succession
● Design a transition plan that aligns with your personal, professional, and financial goals.
● Support the development of next-generation advisors when and if desired.
● Help ensure your clients are cared for well beyond your active years in the business.
